TRANSNATIONAL CRIMES AND ITS PROSECUTION
Abstract
For many years societies have been concerned about crimes that go beyond territorial boundaries. A cosmopolitan justice has always been a desire of the international community, whether through an internal legal system or international courts. The article analyzes the foundations of a universal justice and discusses the creation and performance of the international criminal court, defending a breadth of its reach.
